"If we could give 10 stars we would. Gerry and his crew helped us get our truck fixed. We were heading home from camping and as we pulled out of the state park our truck lost power. As we were towing our trailer limping into Florence, I called the Ford dealership and they couldn’t help, called another business, they couldn’t help, but they did say to try Muffler Works. So we pulled in, and out came a technician and immediately helped us. Gerry found the problem, gave us a couple options to fix it and fixed our truck. There was no hesitation in helping us, they were kind, explained everything, made room in their lot to park our trailer while Gerry worked on our truck. We made it home safely and we truly appreciate the wonderful work and staff at Muffler Works."
