"Do not trust this company. They charge more for travel time than they do for the work done. They even charge you for standing around talking on the phone when you're not looking . Best to not trust a company with only 5 star reviews followed by only one star complaints. Go else where."

"Charged $250 to drive to my house (supposedly an hour drive), spent an 1.5 hrs ($150/hr) to decide the problem was not my furnace, but my thermostat which I now need to buy a new one and hire someone to install for me. Then paid $40 for him to right up the bill. Wow!! I'm retired on a fixed income. How does anyone other the well to do afford these basic services?"
