"I couldn't decide to give this store a 1 or 2 star, so I guess they get 2. The second star is only due to their employee Kyle, if not for Kyle it would have been 1. Ill make this very long story short. My wifi broke on my phone and I needed it fixed by a Samsung Authorized repair service due to being under warranty. I live 2 hours south of the closest authorized center (Sherwood Oregon) and due to illness and weather I couldn't make it there, so I shipped my phone. I was told they would get back to me in 24 hours with an update as to where my phone was, no one called me. I called them and was met with a RUDE person named Joshua who said they will get to it when they get to it, within the next day or two. Another 24 hours passed and I hadn't heard from them, so I called again. The person that answered was extremely rude and short with me, I believe his name was Josh. After he told me he couldn't find my phone, he put me on hold then came back and said he was working on it and he should be done fixing it soon. They would send my phone back "within the next day or so". The next morning at 10:41, I got a call stating my phone was ready to be sent back and would go out that day. Today at 10:20, I called to get the tracking number of my phone so I can see if its possible to be delivered today. Kyle, who was very nice, answered and gave me a tracking number. We then both looked and the UPS site stated that the label had been printed, however the package wasn't dropped off. Kyle stated that must be an error as the UPS store is right next store. He said to check again in a couple of hours and see if it was updated. Well, I just checked and the package was dropped off at the UPS store TODAY at 10:31... TEN minutes after I talked to Kyle. So in summary. Thank you Kyle for finally getting my phone in the hands of UPS... and if you have read this far, don't ship your phone there!!!"

"Not really having any personal recommendations I decided to try uBreakiFix on SW Langer Farms Parkway in the Parkway Village shopping center in Sherwood. I shop in that shopping quite often and so had seen the shop. So I took in my iPhone 7+ which I’ve had for over three years and really loved as a true workhorse. It was acting all glitchy and then pretty much stopped working. I had a reservation but stopped in the day prior to it since I was already in the area. I was taken care of right away with excellent professional service and friendliness. The technician who helped me discussed options and different scenarios. Turns out a few days later that apparent water damage had made my phone unfixable. The policy is there is no fee if they cannot get it to work! And I just let them send it off for recycling. I will always use them for my repair needs and highly recommend them."
