"Everywhere I go in Springfield/Eugene Oregon. Someone is not doing their job right. And it is passing the frustration on to the consumer. Frequently they give me the wrong size syringe to give my cats meds. Today I'm leaving the review because one of their people there told me I didn't need to have an appointment to refill my cat's meds and right when it runs out after I've canceled my appointment they tell me that's not true. And of course there's no notes left on the chart... Which is the convenient Mark of an incompetent person. #frustrated Update.... This last visit was much better. Everything was done correctly, and as always had great concern for my cat. They're always really nice, My only complaint was that it did take about 2 hours for just a wellness visit."
"I just dropped my dog off to be neutered and I just want to thank the staff for being so kind and reassuring. I was having some anxiety and they were so quick to ease my nerves. I also bring my cat here and they are always so amazing. Sometimes the wait is long but they are always busy! Once I had an emergency involving my cat and I immediately burst into tears upon entering because I was so worried about my kitty and was in between paychecks. They were so understanding, kind, and patient with me. Worked with my budget and offered excellent care. I will always bring my pets here."

"I had an urgent care visit for my kitty who had a swollen eye. I had just moved here from California about 3 weeks prior and knew virtually NOTHING of the area. I knew I needed to get her in same day to make sure there wasn’t damage or a foreign body. Not only was the staff extremely professional over the phone but also so empathetic. They got me a same day appointment for urgent care AND I didn’t even wait. Before I had all of my paperwork filled out, we were called back! My cat is usually one that would pee out of fear of going to the vet, she was so comfortable with the office and staff she was climbing all over the counters. Very different experience from her needing to be physically removed from her crate in past experiences in California. Thank you, Echo Hollow! We will absolutely be back!"
