"Dr. Ortner, and her staff, have been amazing to work with while our poor german shepherd was battling a mysterious illness (now doing better). They were extremely caring with our pup and helped answer all of our questions, along with clearly explaining/helping navigate our pet insurance. We had to see a specialist for an ultrasound and they were able to schedule everything and checked in frequently for updates. "When another clinic told me they were going to amputate my 2 yr old dog's toe because it was infected I went to Cascade Summit to get a second opinion. Dr. Ortner simply shaved the area and cleaned up the wound and gave us antibiotics, and my pup got better. i haven't left them since!
