"This morning it was POURING VERY HARD and was driving behind the van this morning in Canby. I saw this van tailgate another car so closely, if the car in front had stopped, they would have been rear-ended. Also this van was speeding on 99E towards Oregon City going 70+ mph in the absolute pouring rain. Absolutely dangerous driving. I would not put my dog on this "doggie school bus," unless I wouldn't mind my dog getting into an auto accident. Very poor, unsafe and unprofessional driving."
