"We have been bringing our pets to Crossroads for about 15 years now. They have offered top notch care since the first day we walked in the door. Whether it has been with our new puppies/ kittens, or end of life for our older animals they have always done a phenomenal job."
"We have been going to Crossroads for almost 20 years and there is a reason; They all care about your dog . We trust them to find the answers, and practice the best veterinarian medicine in the NW. You will never find a more compassionate team"
"Over my pet career & personal pets too met hundreds of medical pet pros, and learned to discern greatness. Searched for years to find this good a veterinary provider office, been a devoted client ever since for years now. They handle complex cases brilliantly. Autoimmune, neuro fundamentals, parasites, behavior, genetic. Elderly pet stuff lately too. They collaborate too, my dog has a whole pavlovian system and their pet handling Kung Fu is STRONG. The system he's trained for only works if the staff play along with his 'games'. They've made sure he's NEVER drooled from stress, paced like a zoo animal, whined from fear, cowered, or even panted, just because they make the effort for his games. They've kept his behavior meds on point for years, and thanks to that he thrives and has had an incredible, adventure filled love of life, made friends everywhere and thrived. They advocate for pet's stress and pain just as much as all the other other health needs. Even doing the one thing my dog finds hard to deal with, they make it manageable for him with astonishing versatility. They also wade the difficult comfort care talks brilliantly, give options, offer clear communication and expectations, have a good range of in house laboratory and tech too. Plus they are so kind, they're so good with humans as well. Our dog is so darn lucky that the when the most medically complicated pet happened, we found the best vet staff I've ever had the pleasure of working with too. Every time we visit they impress. Thank you for making every aspect of his life to be poised to live his healthiest. You helped him have such a long leash in life."
"I've been impressed with their service for over 10 years. Dr. Utsey performed my cat's dental cleaning and used heart sensitive protocol since my cat has a heart murmur. She called with an update post surgery and that is much appreciated. I had no idea my cat had two bad teeth. I strongly suggest having a dental for your pets."
"We have been clients of Crossroads Veterinary Hospital for more than 10 years now. We absolutely have complete confidence in the clinic, doctors, and technicians. We have had dogs, cats and "pocket pets" seen by many of the doctors. Dr. Utsey is one of our personal favorites only because of the relationship that she has with us and one of our dogs, Joey. She has treated him since he was brought home as a puppy and now as he is reaching the age of a senior dog she is still treating him. This particular dog is terrified of just about every place outside of our home except the vet and I attribute that to her and the technicians that handle him. He absolutely LOVES it there! This is also a "urgent care" for animals and they simply do amazing work to get everyone in and seen. Yes, the wait for those coming without appointments could be more than an hour but it is the same as say urgent care that you would go to and worked into the schedule...Patience is going to be required but they will get to you and if needed a scheduled patient will have to wait if the emergency brought in is needing immediate attention. I would never complain or argue about wait because the animals' welfare is first always! We have seen all the other doctors and have nothing but good things to say about all of them, so rest assured you will be in good hands. I have recommended them to many others of the community as well as those outside of Sherwood...They are worth the drive!"
