They all remember me and my cats by name, and take the time to answer all my questions and acknowledge my concerns. I have 3 senior kitties so I am here often, and it's worth the drive from aloha. They are less expensive and more attentive than my old vet in Murray Hill."

"I appreciate that they had emergency appointments available. The staff and veterinarian and techs were so kind! My avian vet only had an appointment for next week and I needed a sooner date. I appreciate that they see birds here for these situations! She prescribed antibiotic eye drops two days ago and already I am seeing improvement! This is definitely helping and ensures he can make it until next week for his avian vet visit where he can get a thorough exam."
