"Sheryl at the front desk was the most helpful, cheerful person we've ever encountered in a hotel stay. Our group enjoyed the lobby space, ordered door dash dinner in rather than take all our little hockey players out. Wonderful time. Great breakfast served too!"

"Stayed at the Hampton Inn Sherwood Portland on recent business trip. This location is typical of the Hilton brand in all aspects of hospitality. Beds are comfy, showers are hot, staff is friendly and engaging. Well maintained and clean. Will be staying here again."

"This Hotel was Horrible. It started out with my Digital Key allowing me to enter the side entrance where my car was parked. I get upstairs to the room and my Digital key didn't work. If it work for entrance and not the first room or the second room they moved me too then they did it on purpose. So I take all of my Luggage downstairs (a Military Veteran with a injured knee) just to get a physical key card. The room was good for a day then the AC stopped working after being preprogrammed to cut the AC on when it's 49 Degrees outside and you cut the Heat on. It started to rattle and not work and make very very Loud shaking noises. I asked for the AC to be fixed in room 203. They offer for me to relocate to a new room as Maintenance fix it. I to to room 206 where the digital key is also not working on purpose. And there is purposely grey hair all over my towels and all over the floor. They found every grey hair in the hotel and put it on my towels and gave me a room where all they did was make the bed up and not clean. Below is proof images. Don't go here this hotel is filled with Bad and Corrupt Employees and the entire staff needs to be replaced. This is coming from a Military Veteran with an injured knee who is also a Hilton Diamond Member! One photo is half of the wad of grey hair that was on the towel on purpose. And makeup from a previous female was on the counter the spots. I took some hair off and kept finding more. That means it was placed there on purpose because the towels are in room ready position. The staff could be Racist and Definitely Corrupt and definitely Incompetent all at the same time."

"Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Peaceful and quiet. The served breakfast is delicious. Very satisfied with my overall stay."

"The Hampton Inn - Sherwood is a newer property in which we felt we received bang for our buck. It is on the 99 but located in which the access requires you to go a short distance in a neighborhood, use a roundabout and come back to enter the property. The rooms are nice and beds very comfortable. As with other Hampton Inn's breakfast is included with the price of the room. They give you several choices to pick from but don't expect 5 star quality as it is not a cook to order like Embassy Suites. Areas that would have earned this property a 5 star rating: better sound proffing, dedicated showers not the tub/shower combo and mix up the breakfast meat. We received polish sausage 2 days in a row (if it was polish sausage). Service is excellent and the property is very nice so it is well deserving of a 4 star rating. We will definitely consider the Hampton Inn - Sherwood on our next visit to see our son. The positives outweigh the negatives."
