"I would give more than 5 stars if I could! We had a confirmed reservation with another bounce house company who flaked on us 30 minutes before the start of our child’s party. I called Bounce House NW and explained the situation. I knew it was an absolute long shot but it so happened that John was near the warehouse which was close to our home and he was able to get a bounce house to us within 30 minutes. The kids loved watching him put it up. I loved the care he took to clean and sanitize it on site and that he clearly knew how important this day was to our daughter and wanted to help. He even texted me afterwards to ask if they were having fun. John truly went above and beyond and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again. He literally saved the day!! Absolutely the best customer service with a caring attitude! Thank you!!!"
