They fail to make the customer more important than conversations with other employees. Your Regional Director has failed this branch, have cctv cameras installed to monitor your customers' experiences and focus on their expectations."

"The staff at Apple Bridgeport Village are consistently friendly, helpful and informed. I've taken my MacBooks here for service several times, and have purchased an Apple Watch and some accessories here. I've always been pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable it is to interact with Apple staff. Apple and the store management should be commended for how their staff members go out of their way to make customers feel appreciated. The only comparable shopping / service experience I've had is at a Lexus dealership."

"Probably the worst Apple Store experience in my life. I was driving from Seattle to San Francisco and I decided to stop by in Portland to pick up a new iPhone. They told me they have 128g version in stock but I have to wait for about 50min. They put me on the list, and I waited in the store for 1h but no one showed up. I went back to the guy who put me on the list and amazingly I was no longer on the list. Whoever got assigned to me never bothered to look for me and take care of my purchase. Not sure if this is racism, because I do see no one else got ignored like me. Then another guy started to process my order but somehow none of my credit cards worked with his pos. I called the bank and they told me everything was fine with my card, and I had to drive to a branch and get cash. The 2nd guy told me he will keep the phone for me, but when I came back it was already gone, and that’s the last one with 128g storage. I ended up buying a 256g one with 128g storage that I will probably never use, wasted more than 2hrs in Portland with 10hrs more drive ahead. Purely bad customer service Note: the first employee’s name is Evans, the second one is Matt."

"I went in because my phone wouldn’t turn on and I was freaking out about losing important items. I was helped by Alden and he was the best! He was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! We were there almost 1.5 hours and honestly time flew by. He was able to fix my phone and it ended up being no charge! I couldn’t believe it. So thankful for his help and I would definitely drive to this location again if I have any future issues."

"We visited this Apple store on a Sunday morning, just a few minutes after it opened, and it was already full! There were a couple of tables where instructors were offering help to users. Even though there were a lot of customers, there were plenty of staff members too, and a couple of them offered to help us. The store is clean, minimalist, and full of Apple products."
