"Lori Simmons was wonderful. When we saw Lisa Callahan we waited over 45 minutes in a room and overhead her say she didn't know we were in there. I requested an email from her and never heard back for weeks. When I requested a phone call she was incredibly rude."

"If you have the ability to schedule at a different facility I would highly recommend that. They have an extremely strict 3 missed apt policy. I accidentally missed an apt due to recovering from an infection related to my cesarean, (inevitably my fault) then I missed an appointment that I was never informed was scheduled, then I had emergency surgery which they refused to excuse even due to the circumstances. They said they made an exception and my son was able to be seen by the other provider and the apt went well. They schedule the next apt 2 months out, then I get a text a month later saying they've booted my son out of their office randomly. I call to discuss the issue and they say they will call me back and never do. Thank you for lying to my family about continuing medical services to my son. Your policy is trash and for someone who is a new parent and lives 25 miles away it's just cruel."

You are always nothing but nice and helpful whenever I call with questions about my kids. And most recently when my oldest wasn't well and I ended up calling several times, Shar was awesome and didn't make me feel bad for calling a lot. She even wanted me to call her the next day with an update about how he was doing. Our little family loves Grants Pass pediatrics.
