"Not awful, but not great. I used Aspen Dental for an emergency dental procedure. Although I am satisfied so far with the work that was done and their ability to get me in the same day, there were a few things that happened that make it hard for me to return, and have led me to find a dentist elsewhere for all of my other general dental needs. First, the billing, my reccomendation is to know EXACTLY what you are paying for, and take the extra time to have the front desk confirm with the dentist. Although they were very friendly, they gave me false information that I didn't get to learn until I was mid procedure...which leads me to the doctor - terrible bed-side manner!! He actually laughed at a few of my sincere questions and concerns, made me feel less-than, and like I was just another number in line. He seems to know what he is doing, he just does it with little compassion and a lot of haste. If I have a dental emergency in the future, I might return to Aspen Dental, but I will be prepared next time."

"2023 was the year I said I would take care of my much needed dental work... By November and all of the happenings of the year, I had little faith I would have the means to get anything handled. I took the drive to aspen to at least get something began, there is a LOT of work that needed done. I would like to note the kindness and compassion they had for me while I was in office, there was no shameful questions or accusations that have often come up with other dental professionals around the state of my oral health. They made it possible for me to manage taking the first step of my oral care, and did so in an absolutely affordable and understanding way.
