"I’m a new patient with Dr Barrett and the wonderful hygienist Maria. My first appointment was a consultation during which I was treated very professionally, more importantly to me is that everyone I spoke with was friendly and polite. After X-rays and meeting Dr. Barrett I left with a plan to correct my concerns with my teeth and an appointment to get started. I have had my teeth cleaned by Maria and can honestly say I am looking forward to my next cleaning!"

"Well, apparently if you complain about the office manager, you can be dismissed as a patient. I had sent a letter, ( just one, not multiples as was told to my husband) about the office manager's completely unprofessional customer service skills. When I called to make a follow-up appointment this morning I was told I had been dismissed as a patient. I called and spoke to Chandra directly, she felt that she and I did not see eye to eye so she dismissed me as a patient. I asked if doctor Barrett knew and she said "Yes, that he backs up everything I do". So if you adore doctor Barrett like I did and his staff, be careful what you say to the office manager, she reigns a lot of power, will continually remind you of that fact and will dismiss you. All those who complain Off with Our Heads. So Ridiculous! PS. You lost two patients not just one"

"All the staff is so kind. Sydney and Maria went above and beyond today to make my daughter feel comfortable and welcomed. Being neuro divergent dentists have always been a challenge but after receiving such wonderful care myself I asked Maria if she would be comfortable working with my daughter. And she killed it 100/5 stars. The staff is amazing and sets the bar for quality dental care in this valley. Even my daughter said that was the best dentist appointment she has ever had!"
