"Reasonable cost for service every time. Good groomers - I have primarily used Michelle and she does a great job but I also had Genea one time and she did a great job too. Little things get handled w/o extra cost like a little shave at rear end. My little dog always looks good and happy when he comes out. Michelle has a good sense for the styling aspect. Everyone encountered in the pet grooming area is helpful and friendly. Process is pretty efficient even if the groomers get a little behind which has only been the case in this holiday period which seems to be busier and appt needed to be booked farther ahead."

"the groomer, Katelyn, was very careful in grooming my dog Sparky. I told her Sparky had some non-cancerous nodules on his body, some of which were hard to see. She managed to get him trimmed without cutting the nodules. It was very tedious for her but she did a great job and my dog looks like a million dollars. i am very pleased. Katelyn is a real compassionate pro."
