Our regular practices are held on Sundays, with doors opening at 10:50 AM and practice starting promptly at 11 AM. New students can reach out via email for information on our Discord server, practice times, and location. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes for exercise, and don't forget to bring a water bottle.
