"Put a ring in payments in 2017, paid on it for almost 2 years then was told that ring was no longer available and that I needed to pick out a new one. Picked out a ring for the amount I have paid on the other ring. Fast forward to 2 years later( so 2022) somehow one of the things holding my diamond in got twisted and bent so I took my ring in to see about getting it fixed. Was told that since I hadn’t been in within 4 months for a check and a cleaning that my LIFETIME care plan/ warranty that I paid for was canceled and that I would have to pay out of pocket to bring my ring back up to par and then They could reinstate my plan. They also couldn’t give me an estimate they had to send my ring to the goldsmith and then would call me in about 5 business days with a quote. I told them I just had my ring looked at and cleaned about 9 months ago and they said they still can’t do anything unless I pay for it. So basically when they say they are putting your ring in the vault while you lay I. It, THATS NOT TRUE! And when you buy the lifetime car plan/ warranty make sure you go in EVERY 3-4 months or they will cancel it without informing you!"

"My fiance and I went into the gateway location in search of a diamond which we had all in cash to pay for that day. We were searching for a specific size in a specific price range. We knew it was possible to get in that price range because we had been comparing prices for months. When we went into this location they said we were going to need to add about 500-700 dollars to our budget to get what we wanted or we would have to get a synthetic. They said they checked with valley river and there were no other choices. I worked with a man named Allen and I forget the older gentlemans name. I decided we should go to valley river because something didn't seem right to me. After all we had been comparing prices for the last 5 months. I have been into both locations multiple times and every time the experience at valley river is better. If you need anything go to that location!!"
