"I purchased a $400 necklace for over $1000 over a span of 2 years I thought I had the care plan and insurance but apparently I only had the care plan. Either way this was my legally blind grandmothers Mother’s Day gift and she wore it every single day. Until about 2 weeks ago when she got it caught in her hair and broke the chain. So, I took it here (where I originally purchased it) and had them repair it. I came in about a week later, maybe less, to pick it up. I went home and my grandma asked me to put it on for her and so I did. 2 days after that I came back and she noticed it wasn’t on her neck. We looked EVERYWHERE and could not find it. I believe that whoever “fixed” the necklace rushed it and didn’t get it fixed properly. She deserves compensation because it was not her fault and she couldn’t prevent it. I’m extremely disappointed in this company and how you handled this situation was not okay."
