"Quaid and his team are delightful to work with. Everyone who worked on my two projects were friendly, talented and easy to talk to. They answered all my questions, even the dumb ones, and tried to do whatever was needed to meet my needs. They were very conscientious about cleaning up any messes at the end of each day. Quaid's ideas and suggestions led to a finished project that I am very happy with. They added an extension to the front of my home, to increase the size of the kitchen. This meant extending the roof line, putting in a foundation, creating a new front porch and creating a bigger kitchen. Quaid's kitchen design was amazing and I love the finished product. I love my new kitchen! The cabinets and countertops are beautiful, the lighting is amazing and the new floors are terrific. The biggest issue we had was getting approval of the building permits through the city because city employees were so busy. My deck and boat dock were old and rotting out. They tore out all the old lumber, hauled it away, and built a whole new deck and dock. The materials they used are beautiful, and I get compliments from everyone who comes to hang out there."
