"20 years ago, my wife and I bought our wedding rings and engagement ring from this Fred Meyer jewelers. Since that time the engagement ring got misplaced and my wife has been wanting to replace it but we couldn’t remember what it was or where we could get it. We were on vacation in Oregon and came by and they were able to look up the purchase history and a picture of it, some thing other Fred Meyer jewelers haven’t been able to do.
