"Completed repairs 2 years ago. During the most recent storm the outlets that were repaired stopped working along with several other fixtures on the same line and included several primary lines in other rooms. I called to ask for a service call and Jack (I assume an employee) said that I would receive a call back. When I didn't receive a call back the next day I called and was told that they could not do a service call for 60-90 days. Certainly, not believable."

"Totally took advantage of my family. Not a good business, ripped my family off. Charged my family $70,000 for a job other electricians said should have cost $25,000 max. Then didn’t communicate at all when my parents in law reached out to them about the higher bill than expected. Then they instantly sent a Lein without any communication at all. Terrible terrible company. Save yourself the trouble and contract with someone else."

"Inland Electric was in our home to remove two ceiling fixtures and install two ceiling chandeliers. One was installed incorrectly. The light works but is crooked. I called Inland Electric and was told for an electrician to fix this i would have to pay a whole additional fee. I do not feel this is fair or good business practice. *Update: In addition, we noticed that there are dirty handprints on the ceiling where they hung one of the chandeliers. This is due to the person that installed it, had to stand almost at the top of his ladder and touch the ceiling to steady himself. UPDATE from June 28, 2022: Repairman (Paul) came this morning and fixed all the problems. He was exceptional, professional, friendly and a joy to have in our home. He did a great job and showed the real concern and caring that you hope that a repairman has. We truly appreciate the owner (Laurie) sending Paul out."

"Nice people, good work. Highly recommend. I bought an old house with a truly dangerous electrical service. When Pacific Power popped in the new meters, they decided they needed to replace the service, at their expense. My lucky day! Problem was, they were only going to put 125 amp service in as the existing service was only 100 amps. Anything under 200 amps is completely inadequate by today's standards. Inland worked with me, and I was able to get the 200 amp service upgrade at a reasonable price, with Pacific Power paying what it would have cost to do a 125 amp service, and me paying the difference to get 200 amps. Expensive, but very reasonable as these things go. Wilie (sp?) and the guy who did the work (sorry, forgot your name), were both great to work with. Did a really tidy job."
