"Wish I could give zero stars. I called as I was recommended by a family member of the owner. The moment the guy spoke I knew he didn’t care. I asked to make an appointment to get diagnostics done on my car and he was very unfriendly.. and said “I’m about a week out” I said that’s fine. And he asked what my car was doing and so I told him it was making a weird sound. He said i would just need to see the car. I said okay, can we schedule? And he says we don’t work under the hood of cars so you need to go somewhere else. Wouldn’t even look at my car. Very unprofessional. Haven’t ever been here to get my car worked on so I don’t know the quality of there work.. but if it’s anything like how I was spoken too.. would not recommend."

""I'M TOO BUSY" That's what they told me. They didn't even offer to book an appointment for me, I could have waited a month. Their loss. Apparently Snook's is too busy for new customers right now. I took my 07 Tahoe in to get the headlight fixed. He said he was too busy and didn't even look at the issue or offer to schedule an appointment. Instead, they told me to go to "Rod's auto and marine" (230 Marlin Ave, Warrenton, OR 97146) So I will take ALL of my business there from now on. If they are taking new customers. Watch for that review. But 3 years ago... When Snook's had time to help Locals and cared. (they are .3 miles from my home.) I had a lower ball joint replaced and Snook's was very quick to get me in and even quicker getting me out. They did an excellent job and were even very affordable. I would've recommended them to anyone... But not now."
