Roxanne Rich is a health institution located at 891 23rd Street Northeast in Salem, Oregon, United States. Dr. Roxanne Rich, the founder, graduated with honors from Washington State University and received her MD from Meharry Medical College in Nashville. She completed her pediatric residency at Indiana University School of Medicine before returning to her home state of Oregon to care for children. Dr. Rich is passionate about pediatric growth and development, as well as mental health care for children. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and outdoor activities in Oregon. Joining the CHAOS family in 2017, Dr. Rich is dedicated to providing quality care for children in Salem and the surrounding areas.
