"I had a gastrointestinal attack on 6/18. I had company coming on 6/19 from Ca. As soon as they left I contacted Dr. Nelson's office and they immediately took me for an exam. Although I was not happy that I would require a colonoscopy, I scheduled for 6/27. I found the prep distasteful but when I arrived at the beautiful outpatient center, I was treated like royalty. From the moment I put on my gown, the professionalism of the team was unparalleled (and I am a paranoid person. I study everything you can think of on the web.) Dr. Nelson came in and introduced himself and talked about my condition for a few minutes. Shortly after that, they wheeled me in to the room. Within 5 minutes I was out while they continued to monitor all my vitals. I woke up 20 min.later back in my room. Dr. Nelson came in and told me that he found 1 polyp which he removed and my test was normal. They offered me a juice or coffee. The cranberry juice tasted like gold! (No solid food for 2 days). Don't put off health treatments. The peace of mind is worth it and ask for Dr. Nelson. Corinne (I'm almost 80)."
