"The staff at Salem Gastro were phenomenal. Unfortunately, I’m not sure I saw Dr. Bhavan. It might have been her when I was wheeled into the procedure room, if she introduced herself, I am hard of hearing and thought she was nurse. Please talk slower with seniors. She also spoke with me after the procedure, which I don’t remember at all. I think it is a good idea to have spouse, or other person present, in case of questions. They could park downstairs and come up at that time."
