"Have had financial aid information sitting “under review” for over 2 months now, despite MANY calls. Went to go in-person to finally try getting stuff figured out and they’re only open for THREE hours a day in-person. What a joke. Now I can’t register for my classes next semester because I need financial aid that they refuse to even offer because they can’t just look at paperwork from months ago."
"I've been trying to get some basic information about one of my student loans for multiple weeks. Each time I speak to someone on the phone they're unable to help me, but agree to follow up and call me back soon. Three people now, none have called me back. None have emailed me. I'll call again today, and explain my situation all over again. If the pattern holds I'll be told they're unable to give me a clear answer and they'll call me back. Forever, ad nauseum, until the heat death of the universe."
"The advisors are helpful in helping you manage your account costs and funding options. However, I have a big problem with how often account information is discussed in the main lobby. I don't feel comfortable with other people hearing my account balances or debts, or others' account balances or debts either. I've seen this happen on three different occasions while visiting this office."
