"Don't waste your time with this horrible management company. They say "we accept lower credit scores as long as you pay a higher deposit", and then will send you a letter denying your application due to credit even though you offered to pay $2000 more to make up for the credit. But let's be real, the real reason they denied the application is due to the ESA. They can say it's because of credit and income (even though $9000 per month in income can easily cover a $2600 rent), but its really because they don't want to accept your ESA and want to make sure they don't get sued. Well good thing for them I have them recorded saying they'll accept the lower credit with a higher deposit, and recorded them not giving an actual valid reason why they won't accept the extra deposit and plentiful income, AND I have a good lawyer. I'll be filing a lawsuit. Because it's very clear they denied the ESA for a US Marine Corps veteran. Horrible company!!!"

"As a property owner adjacent to two properties managed by Next Generation, I've had a terrible experience over two years. They allow properties they manage to decay and for hazards at those properties to continue, in several instances for months on end (rodent harborage, illegal tenancy, repeated illegal garbage fires, invasive hazard trees, etc.). They then blame the owner for their lack of action. They are usually polite over email, but fail to follow up on actions, and it takes repeated communication in writing and phone to get anything handled, if at all. Jeremy has repeatedly made representations about how things would be handled and then not followed through, and I have heard him mislead city inspectors. Its truly shocking what I've witnessed."
