We purchased both carpet and LVP flooring and had them installed. Additionally, we had a matching area rug made and bound as well. Brandon in sales was very honest and knowledgeable. Jake the store manager worked with us to iron out issues that occurred with our flooring that were beyond anyone's control. He strived to make sure we were completely satisfied and happy with the end result. These guys were top notch at communicating during this entire process including returning calls, texts and emails promptly and even responding after hours.The entire staff was very friendly.
