"the most terrible customer service ever. been paying 400 for my 2 cars and its been a yr which is super expensive. last month without any accident nor get a ticket it went to 450. so, i called them asking why it went high. they told me they will call back and i never did so i call another insurance to get a qoute from 450 it went to 150 monthly. i suppose to get my money back for november but they keep promising me that i will get my money back the date they told me and they never did and call them back and they will tell me another date again. They will promise you that they will call back and help you. but it never happened. So, i called my new agent to help me and i get the money on the day i call my new agent. they just keep promising you but never do their promise. i learn my lesson from them.. can't even give me answers when i have questions. terrible customer service. super expensive insurance. won't recommend farmers at all"
