"Someone in this company made a typo while wiring money to me and used part of the money that's supposed to be paid to me to pay the rewire fee instead of being responsible for their mistake. What's even worse is that they don't fix the issue. Update to the review and response to the response: No, the issue hasn't been resolved. I understand it's the bank that charges the fee, but it's someone in your company that made the typo that led to the bank's charging the re-wire fee. Your company shouldn't use the money that's supposed to give me to pay for your person's mistake. I was told that the accountant said there's nothing you guys can do to give me the money that was used to pay for the re-wire fee. Is it that hard to simply write a small check to compensate for my loss? Although the amount of money is relatively small, I care."
