"Entire staff is Phenomenal and very involved in each individuals treatment plan. Everyone is so kind, professional and knowledgeable. Staff even emailed me extra stretches, exercises and positions to try for different issues I was having. They are always able to squeeze you in and give you all the time you need to help you. "In the past I have had a very bad experience with a chiropractor, but I love the staff at Total Performance. The Chiropractor was very understanding of my fear and evaluated me with minimal physical interaction. The young man who is his assistant showed me exercises to help strengthen my neck and back. The massage team has some VERY good people on staff, and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that one person Quit the day I had an appointment, and it was nearly 2 months before I could get back in for a massage. Back on track now, and I am doing much better."
