She's got this grounded, easy-going vibe, with a winning mix of humility and enthusiasm. She treats you like a good friend who genuinely cares about your well-being. She's got tons of empathy, she's understanding, she's supportive, and she's always radiating this awesome "you've got this" kind of energy. She knows her stuff, I feel like she truly cares about me, and I feel both understood and encouraged. She's not about pulling me by the ear towards wellness, but more about being there as a friend who cheers me on every step of the way, and lends a hand when I stumble. Oh, and did I mention she's also a hoot? Recovery can be fun!"
