"My in law was released by an unknown family member.without telling his only guardian,his son. And now no one wants to talk to his son where he went and to who he went with. This place is unworthy to be called a rehab facility.the lawyer will be involved for such negligence."

"Everything appeared neat and organized, the facility had a pleasant smell, no urine smell. While I was there all the staff that cared for my mother in law was efficient, friendly and had a great sense of humor with her. It was good to see my mother in law laughing with the staff."

"My 26-year-old autistic daughter's ruptured disc in her lower back damaged the nerve that controls her bladder making her unable to pee. She spent a week in the hospital and the second week here. Part of her disability is when she is hurting and scared she is verbally abusive to the people trying to help her. The staff was excellent in how they responded to her disability. She made their jobs hard and unpleasant at times but in their interactions with her they were patient, compassionate, gentle and professional. They made accommodations to make her stay as pleasant as possible, such as allowing her service-dog-in-training to remain in the room with her. This helped greatly in the times she was alone while I was working and overnight. The staff was quite responsive to her call light and kept me informed of situations that arose. They advocated for us with doctors and insurance folks as we had little experience with the disaster that is America's current health care system. It was a stressful, confusing, and trying week for my daughter and me. We were well-supported and blessed by the Creswell Rehab Center staff and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone."

"My cousin 73, broke her arm and needed care for three weeks at Creswell Rehab. They were WONDERFUL!!!! So caring and the therapy staff was excellent. My cousin is a very picky person and the staff was so patient and caring!! The rooms were large bright (with big windows) and clean. Nursing staff was there as soon as you pushed the call button. So sweet and personable!! Don't know where Victoria was but not here for more than a minute. PS did she see the bird aviary? Chris Beymer"
