"I started out taking NA classes. I wasn't paid for them, but guaranteed employment when done. After that I hit the ground running. Before too long I got burned out almost immediately. Too many residents for each NA. I inquired about a dietary aide position. I started training in the kitchen. Short staff NA, pulled me back. Not allowing me to continue. I have tried to go back to the kitchen multiple times. No explanation as to why. I would have been hired once again, but wasn't. I was hired Again, but was not able to continue, because of no COVID shot. Which I'm exempt from. Now I'm not hireable there and there's no explanation. This place is one of the main reasons I quit being a nurse aide for good. I feel like if I was allowed to stay in the kitchen as a dietary aide I would have never left!"

"I recently just started as a nurse with this company. Any expectations that I have had have been blown out of the water! My training has been thorough and provided me with the knowledge of the residents I need to keep them safe and happy. Staff goes above and beyond for residents. Residents are happy and hopeful. "My sister loves the care and attention and food that she gets consistantly on a daily basis. The loving care my sis receives is so amazing that she doesn't even miss or ask about any of her regular family who never or very rarely came to see her when she desparately needed them just to give her a hug and tell her that they love and miss her so much.She was an incredible mom and a very giving and loving sister.Our mom,my husband and myself give all praise and all the glory to our "HEAVENLY FATHER, and our LORD&SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST", for this blessed home for my precious sister."
