"I found my session with Christine to be amazing. First of all, it was very clear immediately that she has had a ton of experience with human bodies. I mentioned a few times to her that it seemed like magic how quickly and swiftly she can evaluate what was going on with my body. Then, as I settled into a deep state of relaxation in which I was very present, I felt her make subtle adjustments by gently stretching and manipulating my fascia. It felt great and extremely appreciated by my body. Instead of getting on a massage table and checking out and/or half falling asleep this session felt like a very alert guided meditation. I have issues particularly with my feet and I've been practicing the information she gave me about focusing on my weight and balance and foot placement. I'm aware of Christine's extensive training and knowledge in a variety of modalities and I found myself inspired to keep learning how to improve the way I move and carry myself. The experience left me feeling positive about the future with my bodies particular habits, that they can be unraveled."
