"I booked a truck and when I called them to reschedule the booking they told me they don’t have have my reservation. After providing the reservation info, they said although they found my reservation, they cannot fulfill this because it is a one way reservation and they cannot take one way reservation; something that was never mentioned on the website or during the booking process. Then they offered if I can convince the uhaul traffic center to drop off a truck at their location I can pick it up there. So call them and later on the center told me that Macadam mini storage manager refused to accept a truck drop off. So I had to find another place way farther from my location and make new arrangements for my move. Something you don’t wanna deal with on top of the whole moving pain. Poor communication; poor customer service."

"This gets-the-job-done and surprisingly accessible storage place is perfect for anyone needing to store extra stuff. They have lots of different sized units, a large service elevator for the second floor as well as the usual camera security. The units are open and hurricane fencing style meaning that anyone else that also uses the area can see what you have in your unit (This is not the individual room style of storage). The plus is that they are super friendly and the price is right. If you have longer storage needs they can swing you a deal depending on how long you need the unit for. Love that they are not one of the corporate guys."
