"My recent experience at Pizzacato in Forest Heights was nothing short of disappointing. It pains me to say this, but I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone. Firstly, the staff left a lot to be desired. They came across as a bunch of disinterested individuals, seemingly more focused on their tattoos and hipster aesthetics than on providing decent service. The manager, in particular, stood out for all the wrong reasons. She was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered in my life, showing a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, my grievances didn't end with the staff. The quality of the food consistently fell short of expectations. Whether it was undercooked pizzas or lackluster flavors, it left much to be desired. It's disheartening to see an establishment that can't consistently deliver a satisfying meal. To make matters worse, I once witnessed a shocking incident where they accused a young boy of stealing a beverage when he clearly had nothing in his hands. This level of unprofessionalism and mistreatment of customers is unacceptable and deeply concerning. In light of these experiences, I strongly advise against dining at Pizzacato in Forest Heights. It's a place that leaves a lot to be desired in terms of both service and food quality. There are plenty of other dining options in the area that are far more deserving of your time and money."

"Bit expensive. BUT, really tasty good food, both pizza and other items. We had a half-and-half (pulled pork and thai chichen), extra large pizza delivered. Both sides were good with reasonable amounts of ingredients. We also had classic Club Panini and meatball sandwiches with salads on the side. Both had rightly flavored and balanced taste. The club had a combination of crunchy bacon and avocado and other veges that really went well together. The side salads from the main salad menu were excellent - the Arugula Sweet Walnut (with blue cheese) and the greek (with feta cheese). Either would have been a good choice as a main meal! This place has been holding fort at this same rather remote location for a long time when there has been some turnover in stores, including Starbucks, an attestment to the quality and taste of the food. Highly recommended"

"The lamb sausage topping is one of the most delicious things over ever eaten. Also enjoyed the wild mushrooms & BBQ chicken. I highly recommend the lamb sausage though. My son got pineapple on his pizza, and as a recovering New Yorker, I’m considering disowning him for for this."
