"Very nice movers and got the job done, however, furniture was damaged along the way. Desk and coffee tables were scratched, brand new simplehuman trash can dented, and armchair was stained with an oily residue. Once I was able to reach PRS for assistance, they offered to only reimburse me 60 cents per pound. None of the items weighed very much though are still quite expensive, so I would barely get any compensation. It wasn't worth my time to weigh each one and proceed with any further negotiations with them. I would recommend the company for getting your valuables moved as requested, and for a great team that is polite and helpful, but I would caution you that there's a very high chance that something will get damaged. I also found it odd that they were driving a standard Uhaul truck instead of a company branded truck like in their website photos."
