"I have had a positive experience before but not today. The two people behind the counter did not want to help me and they didn’t seem to have any boxes that would work for me. They could see me struggling, and just sat and watched. They put in zero effort. I’ll take my business to a shipping store."

"Miss Heather at this location was incredibly rude and condescending over the phone with me. She also tried to feed me false information about passport renewals so that I wouldn’t cancel my appointment and do it online. I know we all have unavoidable tasks to do at the post office, but if you can avoid this location I would. Also, a note to management, just because you’re government employees, does not exclude you from treating human beings with kindness. I get your life is probably miserable babe, but it’s incredibly unprofessional and sad to take it out on other people who are all living this life for the first time too. "I went there to do my passport, they are fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They do all the parts of the passport from application, pictures and money orders for payments. Their pictures were way better then everyone else's because they kind of let you smile . I had them take new pictures because the place I had them done at look like mug shoots. All this while doing their regular post office duties. Especially the super hero with long blond hair I think her name was, is Teresa. Make appointment for passport . Thanks guys great experience."
