Amazon Locker - Eyrie

"My orders were stolen from this Amazon locker! The metal partition between the lockers was broken and wires were visible. I've been corresponding with Amazon support for several days now. The support rep responded to me with: "Unfortunately, our tracking shows that you or someone in your household picked up your item from an Amazon locker on [DATE]. Due to this we're unable to offer a refund or replacement. If you haven't received your package, please check with any other members of your household who may have accepted your order on your behalf." Certainly! It was me! And I used my ONE-TIME codes! This is what the system sees. But the system does not see that the lockers were empty."

"If I could give it 0 stars I would. Amazon said package was delivered on a Sunday, I went to pick it up the following day. I scan the barcode sent to me and one of the lockers opens. Low and behold the locker was empty. I've never had a problem with Amazon till now which is the first and last time I'll ever use the lockers they have. And if you haven't had a problem with lockers before..... you will have problems if you use this one. UPDATE: Just visit this locker over a week and a half later and found it in the same condition."
