"Not sure who handles customer support at this company, but I was treated by an extremely rude person. Worst expreience I've ever had and definitely will not come back, I ordered parts for one of my trucks and shortly after my truck got in an accident. I cancelled the order only 10 hours after placing the order and was charged nearly half the price for that. This was a horrible encounter with this company and will never repeat even if I need to pay more for a part somewhere else in the future."

"We bought new compressor for 5G Carrier 2500, Compressor didn't last month and blew head gasket .Warranty on new compressor is buy new one and wait for them to tell you what was the problem. Paid road service , pay for labor and don't get reimbursed on anything. We wont buy anything else from them."

When Installed it I didn't realize that my remote was not working so I pulled it out and took it to him. He tested it and said it was good and it probably was my remote cord. So he dug up one for me tested it and gave it to me. Installed it and everything works perfectly. My customer was very pleased also thanks again ASE!"
