"Their posted hours are not their hours. It depends on who’s in charge that day. I’ve walked into that store at 9:59pm and walked out at 10/10:02pm. But depending on who you get, they may close their main doors at 9:50pm with a SECURITY GUARD standing in front of the door saying “Winco is across the street” with a straight face. Then the clerk standing with the security guard said, “you can’t walk in and get your bread and be at the till by 10:00pm.” Great job protecting your workers, but you NEED TO ADVERTISE YOUR ACTUAL HOURS and stay consistent. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. Had I known you were closed, I wouldn’t have come."

"I've lived in the neighborhood for the last 40 years and recently the gateway Fred Meyers has extremely gone downhill. They don't have staffing so frequently customer service closes at 7:00 p.m.. they close all doors except for the grocery store by 7:00 p.m., sometime 6:00 p.m. so although there is more than ample parking 360° around the store the only entrance is at the grocery entrance where there is little parking. On Christmas Eve they were closed by 6:00 not 7:00. If you do go within an hour before closing good luck trying to get anybody to help you or someone to greet you with more than a scowl. Recently they thought a gentleman had stole something who was carrying a backpack. They wouldn't let anybody out of the store and then when they finally did catch up to the man with the backpac ( who clearly did steal something)k they just simply let him walk off. Also because of the location and the last parking lot it has become quite dangerous to shop here. Because it is close to 205 and 84 the likelihood of your vehicle being stolen while you're in the store is high especially since everyone has to park near just the one (grocery) entrance. Take my advice don't go to this store. Hollywood or Johnson Creek is a much better option. It's really sad how this store has gone deeply downhill and it used to be by far the best Fred Meyers in the area."

"After trying to enter the second entrance only to be told “the grocery doors are open” I was livid. I only wanted grocery and just wanted inside. Winco was open across the street and seemed more interested in my business so bye"
