"Not really a review for this facility, but for my driver. Ordered an item that was rather above average in size and and weight from Costco. I was expecting the driver to not even bother delivering it and would have to pick it up from the service center, but to my surprise the driver braved three flights of stairs and delivered my package. Wish I could have gave that person a thank you and a gift card. :)"
"Great customer service - I showed up with an item I had sold on Mercari that I needed to ship and they found the right size box and assisted me in printing out the shipping label. This would be a five star rating if not for Google Maps' misleading directions. It is most certainly NOT a five minute walk from the Cascades Max Stop - the customer center is basically located at the completely opposite corner so you are forced to walk around three sides of the building to get there."
"I was running around today trying to find a place to print my label for a USPS return because I waited for nearly an hour at the post office only to be told that they couldn’t print for me. I then went to a fed ex and they also couldn’t print. Finally tried this UPS location and Karina was amazing. Not only did she not charge me to print my USPS label, but she offered to send out my package to save me running another errand back to the post office to drop it off. 10/10 would recommend coming here for future business and grateful to have been met by a super friendly and helpful customer care associate. Thank you, Karina!"
