"I went here 8 weeks, saw 3 physical therapists. All of them were knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. Front-desk staff was friendly and efficient. Deducting some stars because of how it ended. The phone call went like this: "Hi I won't be able to make it to my appointment tomorrow" "OK but we'll count that as a no-show and bill you anyway." That's literally not what a no-show is. And yes they did bill me for it. Totally not OK. Obviously I could not continue my relationship with any org that rips me off like that, so I just cancelled all future appointments."
"I had a wonderful experience at SW Physical Therapy. The exercises were perfect. I felt challenged but not overwhelmed by the difficulty level. Tori was knowledgable, empathetic and friendly. I highly recommend SW Physical Therapy."
"I decided to try SW Physical Therapy due to their acceptance of my state health insurance. Although I had to wait for about a month and a half before being seen, the physical therapist I worked with was kind and attentive/overworked. However, I discovered that they do not actually accept my specific form of insurance, which was disappointing and caused some confusion. The communication between the office staff and the billing department seemed to be disconnected, leading to a waste of my time. Despite the therapist's competence and willingness to help, the administrative issues prevented my PT needs from being properly met. While SW Physical Therapy may be a suitable option for those with different insurance providers, I would recommend double-checking with both the clinic and your insurance provider to ensure coverage before scheduling an appointment. The lack of coordination in their administrative processes made my experience less than ideal, even though the therapist was caring and attentive. While my PT (session) was positive, the disconnect with the office staff and billing created some obstacles. I would suggest clarifying insurance details in advance to avoid any potential time wasted."
"Excellent care for patients well-being. Dr Lopez teaches very good techniques to help with the bladder. Physical therapy takes as long as needed thanks to him I only need one month of care. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is having bladder issues."
"I went to this place because it was suggested by my GP, Dr Hugh Gapay, who told me he works for the same person who owns Southwest physical therapy. I was trying to get help with some serious and chronic back issues. Nice people who I enjoyed talking to. Very calm and relaxed atmosphere. Good size waiting room for the amount of clients they have. Good customer service and very helpful with scheduling and payment questions. Seemed to be mostly going through the motions when it came to helping me and my program no real drive or ingenuity when confronted with difficulties, as I have seen from every other physical therapist I have had. He offered very few alternatives to exercises or modifications when I couldn't perform a task without it injuring me. He gave up after 3 weeks, and said there was nothing he could really do for me. I am usually a very motivated client with a strong drive to get better. Spine/back injuries and nerve pain can be very difficult to deal with and it may have been just my personal experience though. Suggest going to ATI physical therapy instead very determined and comprehensive about trying to help you get better. I don't like giving them a 3-star review, but unfortunately I don't think they warrant more than that. Acupuncturist tried, but wasn't able to help either unfortunately."
