"I rate this 3 star before attending because an intake provider wasn’t very understanding when I missed my first appointment. I had a PTSD meltdown that day and also thought my appointment was the day after because I put all the information in my notes instead of calendar. This intake provider asked if I had got a notification. It was not on. I know this is small but I would hope mental health professionals would do better in this time where finding therapy is so terribly hard. In my voicemail when I called about the missing appointment I was having a meltdown and had been awake for THREE DAYS. My appointment is next month after 1 year of trying to find therapy for myself. I just turned 19 years old. I wish the world was nicer."

"They encouraged my son to stop taking his medications for his mental health. Yes, the worker convinced him he's perfectly fine without his medications, so my son stopped taking them. He has a lifetime of medical records showing he is not okay and requires those meds to avoid things like suicide attempts... He's now missing, I don't know if he's alive or dead. IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: I ALREADY CALLED ALL YOUR NUMBERS MULTIPLE TIMES. AT NO POINT HAS ONE SINGLE MEMBER OF YOUR STAFF RETURNED MY CALLS. EVER!"

"They illegally through my belongings away without informing me. Went into a mental health place to get help. Was told my stuff would be safe. Only to find it thrown away. I spent months tryna reach out and they avoided me and still do to this day. I just wanna understand what happen. Nobody told me nothing. They just through away my belongings. They lack communication. Staff are careless and the music program they have have has been nothing but toxic from what I’ve seen and experienced."
