"$1400 package was supposed to be delivered at the beaverton walker road location. Instead some dude name Jesse signed off for my expensive as AF gfx card and marked it off as delivered at the loading dock here, so it never made it to the secure UPS store near my house. All calls go to bots, can never get a person. The employees at my local store tell me they cant do anything and I have to make a ticket for customer support to “investigate” then im told by the bot it will take two weeks. If you cant figure it out then just let me come to you and save us both a headache. Cant even use your number either because nobody answers and your voicemail is at max capacity."

"UPS drivers used to be cool guys on the freeway, now it seems they just hire anyone off the street. Driver of truck 249478 pulling triples today on I84 going westbound harassing me and another fellow driver. Doing way over the legal speed limit 70+ in a 65, and then slowing down crazy going up tiny hills with his light loads. Need to start educating your drivers on road courtesy and what it means to be a professional driver."
