"An awful doctor and complete liar. She needs to be sued many times over for medical malpractice, and her license completely and seriously revoked. Algenio needs to be put on trail and in the courts for a complete lack of ethical standards, and for serious misdiagnosis which has resulted in severe life long health injuries as a previous patient of hers. I was completely and seriously misdiagnosed by Dr Rachel Algenio. Even though my case is private, the result of her misdiagnoses has resulted in life long physical injuries after surgery. Injuries which are life long and effect the heart and brain due to the ceasing of estrogen production, one of just many cascading health events, later I found out due to permanent damage to my endocrine system because of ovary (gonad function) removal, and a shortened vagina due to a healthy cervix, fallopian tubes and uterus all being removed. These injuries are recognised by the federal government for female veterans as permanent disabilities. Something which is not recognized for a "regular" patient. This radical surgery was never needed. I have gone directly to Kaiser Permanente and filed an official grievance report of these health injuries. But their internal arbitration is an iron locked process, which protects the doctors even if you try to sue. They claimed to have given her an internal reprimand by the head of gynocology, something which is not enough, she needs to stop practicing medicine. But Algenio removed completely healthy organs. I have had cascading major health injuries since her surgery, which are and have been life treatening. Which I later found out disturbingly from another gynecologist that the organs were perfectly healthy and never needed removal nor such severe treatments. Algenio is dangerous in her diagnoses, and a complete cad at practice. To learn this news was extremely devastating and the ultimate betrayal to any patients trust and the hippocratic oath, which she has severely broken by medical internal standards and practices. I have been robbed of my health and human rights by this doctors complete failure to treat and diagnose correctly. And also to go to such an extreme for a young woman, I was only 36 at the time of surgery. I am 39 now. I am now seeking to publicly voice this disturbing news and surgical outcome to other woman, giving them fair warning not to ever work with this doctor. And I will publicly stand by that, as does the HERS Foundation and other medical professionals I have had diagnose me here in the UK and more recently the US. It is my goal to make sure she never practices again and that the Oregon state medical board is fully aware of this case as well, which is to be filed. The Oregon Patient Safety commission is also fully aware of this case, accept I failed representation by them by just a few dates of coverage. Otherwise I would have an immediate case, and have been represented by the state against this doctor. I have attempted legal representation, without success. And to do everything in my power to make sure every medical organisation knows of this case, and that to be successful is to be sure her practice is shut down in entirety indefinitely."
