"DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!! Sure you're in good hands with Allstate but not the Cater Agency! When I signed up with Allstate and a lady named Vanessa was my agent there were zero issues. Well she left the company and I got switched to the Cator Agency. Vanessa was always great about keeping me informed of policy changes or anything at that matter. The Cater agency is the exact opposite. I never received a phone call my policy was messed up. They are rude and inconsiderate. After dealing with serious health issues I found out my policy was cancelled and going to collections. They could care less! So don't waste your time with this agency. Do yourself a favor and find an agent elsewhere. Allstate as a whole for insurance was fine. It's the terrible individuals employed at the Cater Agency who have ruined it for me."
