She made it fun and made me feel safe, and was very communicative every step of the process, even while I was physically in the MRI machine. Even better, everything ran EXACTLY on time! It was such an efficient process."

"Place was clean, the people were nice and i had my appointment as scheduled, no wait time. My doc ordered the scan for me to be laying flat, which meant my nerve was pinching excruciatingly the whole time like a torture session with a twisting hot knife in my side. Dear Rayus radiology, my apologies for yelling out asking when it would be done and trying to sit up as soon as he said i was done but it hurt worse than when i broke my jaw - i really didn't mean to bump your equipment, i just didn't have much fine motor control of my hip and back that was on fire. On second thought i should have asked for my legs to be propped up bc that was incredibly painful. I was not prepared for a torture session. Not your fault tho, y'all did what the doctor ordered, probably to be able to see that nerve pinching. Sorry about the moaning and such, I just could not deal with the pain and was having a real hard time getting dressed. I appreciate you folks taking OHP patients, didn't have any intention of being a nightmare of a customer to you kind folks but that was a real nightmare for me that i did not expect. Thankfully it came thru clear enough with my squirming that we got a proper diagnosis. I appreciate you guys preparing CDs of the data for my lawsuit but then my chiropractor said he could just email them to me. Sorry about that."

"I came for a routine mammogram and everything went quickly and smoothly. The office people and technician were all really nice. They called to schedule a follow up ultrasound and the scheduler was really nice and accommodating. They also sent a letter that was reassuring for the follow up about it being common to need this as a precaution. I will definitely continue coming here for these types of appointments."

"People working there are amazing! I had the best treatment since I called the first time. Clackamas facility is very nice and there is a lot of parking space. I only gave them 4 stars because US healthcare system is outdated, it is not a this place particular thing, but CEO and administrations could do better."
