"My husband and I rented a unit and prepaid for 6 months and were told up front if we moved out before the end of the 6 months that we would received a prorated refund… we moved our stuff out in the beginning of October 2022 and still have yet to receive a refund check. They keep telling my husband that they will get ahold of someone at corporate. So frustrated and they owe us $400+."

"Been here for years. Lost wallet had to replace card. Lady called on the 1st super rude about the declined payment, it was a Saturday and they won't accept payment over the phone.... called me back 4 times defending her rudeness. I'm prety sure an email would have been just fine and accomplished the same thing. She wouldn't even let me talk. Units are great, customer service is absolutely horrible."
